SDCSS Meetings


SDCSS Meetings 2007

Meetings are held on the second Saturday of each month, (except June, Sept., and Dec.), at 1:00 PM in Room 101, Casa del Prado, Balboa Park in downtown San Diego. Admission is free and all persons with an interest in Cacti or Succulents are invited! Arrive as early as 9:00 AM to shop at the pre-meeting plant sale.

"Tequila- growing of the blue Agave, it's cultivation, harvest and processing." This will be an actual hands-on demonstration by Phillip Soto Mares, the only "catador" or taster in the US. We will actually have a tequila tasting ! This is a meeting you don't want to miss.
